I always found myself in a strange midpoint between creative and technical. I enjoy ceramics, photography, and music, but I also love logic problems, coding and puzzles.

After jumping between college programs in psychology, jewelry making, art, law and anthropology, a career advisor pointed me towards user experience. I was so excited and certain about this new path, that I immediately wrapped up my associate's and started a certificate program in UX/UI.

I found a distinct love for the research and testing processes in UX, where I can draw on my history in customer service, but also provide more "big-picture" solutions to help many users, rather than just one at a time.

Getting my certificate doesn't mean I think I'm done. One of my favorite things about UX is that it's always growing, and I am always learning.

I may be new to this field, but I am well-suited to it, and passionate.
